If you use the contact form, we process your name, email and message to answer your enquiry. If you submit an application, we also process your profile, links and attached CV to assess it.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the analytics notice. You can change your decision by clearing the site data in your browser. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@duckhats.cat. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
